Avoid sweat odour at work

For most people, the summer holidays are coming to an end and it’s time to get back to work. Outside, however, the sun is still shining now and then, the summer heat is not returning, and that means long, hot days indoors.

Here are three tips to help you avoid sweat and odours during a long day at work.

1. Remember hygiene at home In addition to showering, you can also use an effective antiperspirant to protect you from sweat and the smell of sweat for longer. That way you will already have done a great deal to prevent sweat problems.

2. Have a change of clothes with you You don’t need a complete emergency wardrobe at work, but it’s a good idea to have an extra t-shirt or top available, so you can change quickly if you perspire or your clothes smell of sweat

3. Slow down In addition to the hot temperatures, stress can also cause increased sweat production. So if you sweat a lot at work, it could be a sign that you may have a bit too much on your plate. So, take a deep breath and slow down a bit.
